Capabilities / What we are hired for

Architecture, codeand the 3 a.m. pager.

We do not hand over a repository and leave. The same engineers who design a system build it, deploy it and stay on call while it earns its keep.

AAI products

AI products people actually use

We build AI into products that ship, not demos. ChittoWeb turns a plain sentence into a published website. Chitrakar generates ad creative from a brief. Both run in production for Nepali businesses.

  • Python
  • FastAPI
  • Go
  • Next.js
BProduct engineering

Web platforms & SaaS

Full-stack products with accounts, billing, dashboards and an admin nobody dreads. Go, Next.js, Laravel and Vue, chosen for what the product needs rather than what is fashionable.

  • Go
  • Next.js
  • Laravel
  • Vue.js
  • PostgreSQL
CCommerce

Storefronts & marketplaces

Catalogues, carts, checkout and order tracking built for how Nepal actually buys: cash on delivery, nationwide shipping, and marketplaces that pay creators directly.

  • Next.js
  • Supabase
  • Laravel
  • Payments
  • MySQL
DOperations

Systems that run the business

Back-office platforms for teams doing physical work. Reservations, housekeeping, inventory, staffing and billing, unified so one small team can run an entire property.

  • Laravel
  • Vue.js
  • MySQL
  • Redis
EWeb presence

Sites that bring in work

Fast, well-built sites for firms whose customers arrive through search and referral. Portfolios, product catalogues, booking flows and enquiry routing that actually converts.

  • Next.js
  • Laravel
  • Tailwind

FConsumer apps

Platforms with an audience

Products built for scale and habit: readers, tournament platforms, creator tools and travel discovery. Web and mobile, built to hold traffic and keep people coming back.

02 / ProcessFive steps, no ceremonies

Design backwards from the failure mode.

01

Discover

Two weeks inside your domain. We map users, data, regulation and what breaks today. You get a written architecture memo, not a sales deck.

02

Architect

Service boundaries, data model, identity, deployment topology and observability plan. Decisions recorded as ADRs so the reasoning survives the people.

03

Build

Weekly shippable increments on real infrastructure from week one. CI/CD, tests and audit trails are part of the definition of done.

04

Harden

Load tests, threat modelling, permission reviews and runbooks. If a regulator will ask, the evidence already exists.

05

Operate

Monitoring, on-call and iteration. Systems get boring, which is when they start paying for themselves.
